At Fridgeworthy Magnet Co., every magnet is made by hand - carefully printed, pressed, and packaged just for you. Because each order is custom-made with your personal photos, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

That said, your happiness matters to us. Here’s how we handle things:

Custom Orders

All magnets are made from the exact photos/file designs that you upload. Since these items are personalized, they are non-refundable unless there is an error on our end.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing flaw, or you recieved the wrong items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the issue

- We’ll happily fix it or replace it.

Colour & Image Disclaimer

Every screen displays colours differently. Minor variations in colour, brightness, or crop may occur due to screen settings or the quality of the original photo/image design. This is considered normal for custom printing and is not eligible for return.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package goes missing, we’ll work with you to open an investigation and help as much as we can.
